Sekiryu japanese knife Petty Hamon 12cm SRW700, the best for pare of fruits.

This wavy design of blade has originally come from japanese sword pattern called "HAMON". It's incorporated infor this kitchen knife, and it seems like making ingredients cut cleanly and smoothly as if it uses a real sword.

Three-Layers Steel : Center : Molybdenum Steel 8A, Both Sides : Stainless Steel 420J2.

 Bolster Material : Stainless Steel 420J2 ; Handle Material :  Rose Wood. 

HRC (Hardness Rockwell C scale) : 56-57.

Made in Seki-Japan.
