210 mm long blade made from beautiful multi-layer (37 layer laminated clad) Damascus with high-purity steel VG10, as the central core.

Western-style handle made from strong black paper micarta. Logo on the blade : 哲弘(Tetsuhiro).

Tetsuhiro Gyuto blade shape and steel VG10 as core, will guarantee a very good cutting ability, sharpness, and easy maintenance at the same time. High corrosion resistance.

HRC (Hardness Rockwell C scale) : 60.
