Made in Japan, the Soba Kiri japanese knife Tojiro 27cm is traditionnally use to cut noodles.
Also, bartenders use it to cut blocks of ice as the blade is very thick.
The blade is made of molybdenum vanadium steel with excellent wear resistance and rust resistance.
It's a Japanese knife that is easier to care for and easier to handle than the ones made from Hagane.
